Join us in March - April 2009 as we pursue bonefish in what is arguably one of the best bonefishing destinations and lodges in the world. The Turneffe Atoll is the largest coral atoll in the Western Hemisphere, and is best-known for its variety of saltwater fishing. The availability of bonefish, permit and tarpon make Turneffe Flats one of the rare spots in the world offering a legitimate shot at a GRAND SLAM. Additionally, Turneffe offers the opportunity to fish for a wide variety of other saltwater species.
Turneffe flats is a great place for the non-fishing angler as well, as scuba-diving, bird watching and eco-tours are all available during the day for the traveller who doesn't want to fish everyday. Couples are invited and encouraged to attend this week and we will put together an exciting package for everyone. If you are interested in the non-fishing package (called the Atoll Adventure), please click here.
The weather is a huge reason for joining us on this trip. It is generally sunny and in the 80's, a far cry from a Seattle winter.
